Delivery & Returns


All items are made to order, and  will be processed and shipped within 2 working days of order and payment receipt.  They are processed on a first come, first served basis.  If you have a specific timescale requirement, please contact us in advance of placing your order to ensure that it can be fulfilled.  

Current postage options for UK orders:

Second Class - £1.75 (not tracked) - usually delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch
First Class - £2.20 (not tracked) - usually delivered 1-2 working days after postage

Once dispatched, orders are handled by Royal Mail, and occasionally, albeit very rarely, delays can be experienced.  Therefore we request that customers allow a couple of extra working days for delivery before contacting I Want Badges.

Deliveries to Europe and the United States of America:

Delivery to European Countries is currently unavailable.

Delivery to the United States of America (USA) and Canada is currently unavailable.


Returns & Refunds 

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Refunds will be provided as a result of defects / faults, in the unlikely event of damage in transit, or an error in shipping.

All orders are quality checked prior to shipping to keep this to a minimum.  

In the very rare eventuality that your order does not arrive due to loss in transit, it will be replaced or refunded.

Custom orders cannot be returned / refunded, as they are unique to the customer, so cannot be resold, and this should be considered before placing your order.  Please ensure that you are happy with your badge design before ordering.

Returns of bulk / wholesale orders which are not custom will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total item value.  Postage will not be refunded.

Return of non-customised items where the customer changes their mind will be refunded the item price only upon return of the items - the buyer will incur the postage costs for returns in this instance.
