Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All items are made to order, and  will be processed and shipped within 2 working days of order and payment receipt.  They are processed on a first come, first served basis.  If you have a specific timescale requirement, please contact us in advance of placing your order to ensure that it can be fulfilled.  

We currently have 3 postage options for UK orders:

Second Class - £0.79 (not tracked) - usually delivered within 3 working days of dispatch
First Class - £0.98 (not tracked) - usually delivered the next working day
First Class - Signed for £2.10 (tracked) - usually delivered the next working day

Once dispatched, orders are handled by Royal Mail, and occasionally, albeit very rarely, delays can be experienced.  Therefore we request that customers allow a couple of extra working days for delivery before contacting I Want Badges.

Deliveries to Europe and the United States of America:

Delivery to European Countries is via Royal Mail's International Tracked & SIgned For Service for extra customer peace of mind.  This is currently priced at £7.85 per order.

Royal Mail's delivery timescale aim for this service is 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery to the United States of America (USA) is also via Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed For Service and is priced at £8.50 per order

Royal Mail's delivery timescale aim for this service is 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch

​​​​​​​Returns & Refunds 

Refunds will be provided as a result of defects / faults, in the unlikely event of damage in transit, or an error in shipping.

All orders are quality checked prior to shipping to keep this to a minimum.  

In the very rare eventuality that your order does not arrive, it will be replaced, not refunded.

Custom orders cannot be returned / refunded, as they are unique to the customer, so cannot be resold, and this should be considered before placing your order.  Please ensure that you are happy with your badge design before ordering.
